Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ReelMachine (“ReelMachine,” the “Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Xpand Technology at reelmachine.io. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By signing in to or using ReelMachine, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of the service

ReelMachine is a content-production and automation tool for creating short-form video. It helps you generate hooks, assemble reels from your own and AI-generated media, schedule and publish content to connected platforms, and review performance. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
• create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content;
• violate the terms, policies, or rate limits of any third-party platform (including Instagram/Meta, Google, or any provider the Service connects to); or
• interfere with, abuse, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

You are solely responsible for the content you create, generate, schedule, and publish through the Service.

5. Your content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content and assets you upload or create (“Your Content”). You grant ReelMachine a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (for example, to assemble reels, generate variations, and publish on your instruction). All rights in the Service itself, including its software, design, and branding, are and remain the property of Xpand Technology.

6. Third-party platforms

The Service integrates with third-party platforms and providers (including Instagram/Meta, Google, Anthropic, Apify, Higgsfield, Zernio, and Railway). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or content of any third-party platform.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xpand Technology and ReelMachine will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
